Our leather cases are proudly made in the USA and are designed to fit your remote control with perfection. Each case is made from genuine cow hide, stitched with high tensile strength nylon thread and utilizes soft clear PVC plastic to protect the screen and buttons.

General Shipping Policies
We currently ship to over 180 Countries Worldwide!
We ship directly to buyers. We will ship only to a customer’s own private shipping address. We cannot ship to freight forwarders, mail forwarders or any forwarding agent. Packages of high value require a signature upon delivery (in accordance with PayPal & Credit Card processor requirements). Please make sure you are at the ship to address to sign for the package. In order to ship your package we will need to provide the carrier with a working phone number. please send us an updated phone number with your payment details. We usually ship within 1-3 business days of receiving cleared payment. Please note that weekends & holidays are not business days. This processing time is required for all shipments, Express as well as standard.
The carrier will send the package back to us after 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver; if this happens you will be charged additional shipping charge of double the shipping cost (the cost of shipping back and forth). You cannot choose the carrier and we cannot use the customer’s account to ship an item. We cannot reroute a shipment after it has left the warehouse or add special instructions notes for the carrier. Please make sure that someone is available to sign for your package at the ship-to address if it is required. If your package was damaged during transit a claim needs to be filed with the carrier. You must keep the box and all packing material for the carrier to inspect. Please contact us if you have questions.
We can only ship to a PayPal verified address.
International Shipping
EXPRESS SHIPPING WORLDWIDE – Fast Shipping to 180 Countries Worldwide via United States Postal Service USPS. Please note that USPS does not provide tracking numbers to certain countries. Please note that in case of difficulties to complete the transaction we may have to cancel the sale. The item may be subjected to additional charges such as customs import fees when it enters your country. Duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please contact your local customs office with further inquiries in this issue. Access 1 Alarm assumes no responsibility with respect to any tariffs, duties, or any and all other charges.
If a package has been delayed by customs please contact your local authorities for further information. Customs delays, if occur, are not part of stated delivery times.

We can only ship to the address we receive from PayPal. Therefore we cannot ship to any address you give us over the phone, email or eBay message. We will not change the shipping address after payment is made. International Options

Returns
We are committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service. If there is any problem with the item please contact us through eBay. We solve all issues!
Before returning an item you must contact us through eBay to obtain a return approval (RMA number) or call us during business hours 10am – 4pm (EST) M-F. If you ship an item back to us without contacting us first, we will have to refuse the package & it will be returned to you. New items can be returned for a money refund or a replacement (it is your choice).
Returned items are reviewed by us upon receiving them and must be sent back to us in exactly the same condition as they were sent to you. All items must be in the exact same condition as we sent them and in original unopened boxes. All internal packing materials, instruction manuals and all additional items and accessories must also be included and in the original condition. Do not make any marking on the manufacturer box, and do not use it as a shipping box – put the items in an additional carton for shipping.
Manufacture defective items (or DOA) must be reported within 4 days of the date of delivery. We will replace the reported items with new ones. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returned packages will be charged return shipping.
NOTE: Items that are shipped free, if returned, a refund less our original shipping cost will be given.
Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable way to return it. All returns must be pre-approved. Refused packages will be treated as an unauthorized return and will be charged 10% restocking fee + double the shipping cost (the carrier is charging us for both ways). Make sure we authorized your return.
Restocking fee of 10% for handling and processing will be charge for returning new items that meet the above policies. Any item that does not meet the above conditions is not eligible for a return.
If your package was damaged during transit a claim needs to be filed with the carrier. You must keep the box and all packing material for the carrier to inspect. If you have any questions regarding our return policy please contact us.
