This is an Ancient Roman Silver Denarius of the emperor Caracalla. He ruled the Romen Empire from 198 to 217 AD.The obverse shows his bust facing to the right issued as Caesar. The reverse shows Minerva standing and holds a scepter in her left. This is a beautiful high grade coin that is nicely centered on both sides. Offered together as a set, with a beautiful ancient Roman glass flask!
