Put the  batter in the donut maker ,hold it with your finger and press with the thumb and release it quickly -repeat- arrange the thickness of the donuts by screwing or unscrewing the valve on the bottom of the donut

Manual operation, easy to twitch, but you should place batter  into the donut maker before twitching.
